Determiningasharedvisionandmissionstatementcanhelpyourpartnershipreachthiscollective
understandingandprovideafoundationforesta blishinggoalsandobjectives,strategies,andaction
plans.Yourpartnership’svisionandmissionstatementsalsoletotherindividualsandorganizations
understandwhatthepartnershipisaboutandwhatitwantstoaccomplish.Goalsandobjectives,
partnershipagreements,andotherplanningactivitiescanalsobeusedinevaluationeffortstocapture
progressandidentifyareasforimprovementovertime(seeSection6:EvaluateYourWorkTogether).

StepsinDevelopingaPartnershipAgreement
